SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION BILL, 2021
GRENADA
ACT NO. OF 2021

AN ACT to appropriate an additional sum of Fifty-four Million, Nine Hundred
and Ten Thousand, One Hundred and Forty-six dollars ($54,910,146.00) to
service of the State of Grenada for the fiscal year 1st January to 31st December,
2021.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the
advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and by the
authority of the same as follows—

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the
SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION ACT, 2021.
Appropriation

2. (1) There may be issued from the Consolidated Fund and applied to the service of the State of Grenada for the fiscal year 1st January to 31st December, 2021, a sum not exceeding Fifty-four Million, Nine Hundred and Ten Thousand, One Hundred and Forty-six dollars ($54,910,146.00) in addition to the sums already appropriated for that fiscal year.

(2) The sum mentioned in subsection (1) is appropriated for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
